Do you work on single projects or ongoing management?

Both. We work on defined projects (renovations, landscaping, pool builds) and ongoing home management. Many clients start with a specific project and expand from there.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Fairfield County, CT (Greenwich, Darien, Westport, New Canaan), Westchester, NY, and the Hamptons. Coverage in some areas may be subject to availability.

How do you price your services?

We work on a project-by-project basis. After your consultation and home walkthrough, you'll receive a clear proposal with transparent pricing before any work begins.

Do you manage second homes and vacation properties?

Yes. We frequently manage primary and secondary properties — including seasonal opening and closing for Hamptons and other vacation homes.

Can I request an NDA before our conversation?

Absolutely. We treat all client information with the highest discretion, and we're happy to execute an NDA before any detailed conversations about your property.

How long does it take to get started?

From initial inquiry to project kickoff is typically 2–3 weeks, depending on scope. We prioritize getting the right plan in place before mobilizing.
